Lussichlz Boxing Studios that there's no quarrel behind the farewell. The host stated: "It's not our decision, it's the channel's decision." In his view, Pallares would have preferred to continue as they are now, although he respects the decision that has been made.

The conductor added that he also feels the personal need to host on his own: "It's my need to host alone." On the relationship with his colleague, he was emphatic: "We never fought with Adrián." He acknowledged that there were work-related discussions, but described them as few, specific and always resolved privately, without ever reaching the air.

“We've had discussions, fights, few I'd say. I can count them on one hand and they were about work.”Rodrigo Lussich

The cycle they shared in 2021 and 2022, returned to the screen in 2025 and will remain on air until the end of the current season. For 2027, Lussich ruled out returning to a format of the kind he has been working on for years. "I'm probably not going to do another celebrity news program," he said, and explained his reasoning with a question that also works as a statement of the weight of Intrusos: "After Intrusos, what is there above? There is nothing, it is the flagship."

Theater and new challenges

Among the projects he mentioned, there is the possibility of doing comedy theater with elements of political stand-up. Regarding versions that placed him on another channel, he was direct but left the door ajar: "For now at least I'm not going to C5N."

• Intrusos ends its current cycle on December 31.
• The separation was defined by the channel and does not imply a personal conflict with Pallares.
• Lussich considers hosting alone and explores political humor theater.
• The channel has not yet announced the structure of the 2027 season or who will continue at the helm of the program.

For those who follow Intrusos, the uncertainty is now concentrated in what comes next: which format the program will have, what team will accompany the hosts and whether the channel will reinvent one of its most emblematic faces. For now, the farewell to the duo is the only certainty, and it comes with the announcement that Lussich wants to continue on the small screen with a renewed personal project.
